These sessions go beyond simple photos; they showcase their dedication, personality, and the drive that sets them apart. From powerful action-inspired poses to clean, professional portraits for recruitment or personal branding, every image is crafted to highlight your best angles and your highest level of confidence. Booking your session is simple—secure your date, show up ready to perform, and we’ll handle the rest. You bring the athlete; we’ll create the legacy.
Cancellation Policy
At M3Photography, each session is intentionally reserved to provide an exclusive, high-touch experience. As such, all bookings require a non-refundable retainer to secure your date and time. We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. When notice is given within this timeframe, your retainer will be honored as a one-time transfer and applied toward a rescheduled session, to be used within 60 days of your original appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the retainer, and a new retainer will be required to reserve a future session. Please note, retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable beyond this policy, as they reflect the time, preparation, and exclusivity reserved specifically for you. By booking with M3Photography, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
