Service Description
Allow us to capture your child/student while in motion doing their favorite extra-cirricular activity. Whether it's an outdoor or indoor sport, we're on it. You can book for the pre-game warm-ups, 1 or 2 quarters, entire game (custom price) or the entire season (custom price) to make a commerative book as a end of the year gift. 10 Digital edited images are included in this package. Additional time can be booked by the hour and should be added at time of booking. ($150 each additional hour) **Additional digital images can be purchased in advance upon booking or after receiving proof digital link** **Base rate includes travel with the Houston metro area. Travel outside 25 miles is an additional charge**
Cancellation Policy
At M3Photography, each session is intentionally reserved to provide an exclusive, high-touch experience. As such, all bookings require a non-refundable retainer to secure your date and time. We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. When notice is given within this timeframe, your retainer will be honored as a one-time transfer and applied toward a rescheduled session, to be used within 60 days of your original appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the retainer, and a new retainer will be required to reserve a future session. Please note, retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable beyond this policy, as they reflect the time, preparation, and exclusivity reserved specifically for you. By booking with M3Photography, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
